MomSmile was conceived as a safe digital platform for mothers, with support through pregnancy and early childcare. The product brought together tracking the baby’s development, reminders, talking to experts and a community, plus an admin dashboard for vetting specialists and moderating the platform.

Beetrail designed MomSmile as a platform with three interfaces: a mobile app for mothers, a separate consultant app and an admin dashboard for administrators. Mothers track their pregnancy and the baby’s health, ask the AI questions and reach specialists; consultants work with consultation requests and the calendar; administrators vet experts and moderate the content. That structure keeps the platform safe and lets it scale without reworking the logic.
Mothers often find it hard to get trustworthy information quickly, keep track of a child’s health and reach a specialist. And unmoderated communities aren’t always trustworthy.
We designed a mobile app with separate flows for mothers and consultants, plus an admin dashboard for administrators. The platform brings together personal trackers, consultations, AI recommendations, the pregnancy calendar, the community and a subscription system.
The app helps mothers track their pregnancy and the baby’s development, get reminders, ask the AI questions and reach specialists. Consultants work with consultation requests, the chat and the calendar, while administrators run verification, users and complaints through the admin dashboard.
Key features
The pregnancy calendar shows the week, the baby’s development and the recommendations. Separate roles and flows for mothers and for consultants. Reminders nudge you about appointments and key dates. The community of mothers brings people together to talk and support each other. Mothers can book urgent or scheduled consultations, choose a specialist and get help right in a chat. The history of consultations stays in the app, so they can always go back to it.
Reminders make sure nothing important gets missed: vitamins, exercise, check-ups, doctor’s visits and other planned tasks. It takes the load off mothers and makes day-to-day care more consistent.
People can track the stage of the pregnancy, record the key metrics and see how they change over time. The calendar and the trackers keep the important data in one place and encourage a more informed approach to monitoring mother and baby.
The community inside the app lets mothers share experience, publish posts, leave comments and get support from other people. That turns the platform from a useful tool into a place where people actually talk.
The app can show the baby’s development in different visual formats — from a realistic image to size comparisons with everyday objects. That makes the pregnancy calendar clearer, easier to grasp and more emotionally engaging.
A separate app for consultants helps them work with consultation requests, keep the consultation calendar, look through the schedule and keep a record of past consultations. It makes conversations with mothers more structured and fits the specialists’ daily workflow.
The admin dashboard lets administrators manage users, vet specialists, moderate content, handle complaints and monitor platform quality. That keeps the environment safe and every process inside the service transparent.
