A mobile app for the civic youth movement Dala Qyrandary that brings members, events, patrols, QR check-ins, rankings and administration together in one digital system.
The civic youth movement Dala Qyrandary needed a single, easy-to-use digital platform to coordinate members across the cities and regions of Kazakhstan. Before the app the key processes were scattered, so the team wanted to move sign-ups, QR check-ins, activity tracking and role management into one mobile app.

Taking part in eventsBeetrail built the digital platform of the Dala Qyrandary movement in Kazakhstan: one system for signing up to events, verifying members, confirming attendance by QR and awarding points. Leaders and regional chapters work through a separate admin panel where they see what is actually happening in each region and coordinate members from a single interface.
Without one digital system it was hard to coordinate members quickly, review sign-up requests, record attendance and see what was actually happening across cities and regions.
We built a mobile app with a role system, user verification, an events feed, an interactive map, QR check-ins, patrols, global events, rankings and an admin panel.
The app helps members find events, sign up, confirm their attendance and track their activity. Leaders and administrators get tools for running events, sign-up requests, members and statistics.

The profile shows members their details, verification status, QR code, points and activity history. It helps them track their own contribution and every point awarded inside the system.
Leaders and administrators manage members, points, sign-up requests and statistics through a separate admin panel, so they can run and coordinate the movement more easily.
People can find events on the map, open the details and sign up right inside the app. That makes it easier to find the nearest activity in their own city or region.
