1. General terms

1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how "beetrail-group.com" uses and stores personal data from the customers visiting www.beetrail-group.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site).https://www.beetrail-group.com (“Сайт”).

2. Subject of the Privacy Policy

2.1. The resource content viewing by the User is anonymous. The Site's servers may collect information about the type of browser, computer and operating system, as well as the IP address, for statistical purposes. 2.2. The data that is collected and stored are: 2.2.1. Personal data, as well as any other information permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy, which customers knowingly and voluntarily provide by filling out a registration form or taking other actions on the Site: • name, surname; • email address; • contact number;
• information regarding the future development project that the customer wants to order.
Information is collected for the purpose of accepting, processing and performing the service; providing customer feedback, providing customer support, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Site.  2.2.2. Cookies data. These are small text files that store information about the customer's actions on the resource after visiting the Site. These files do not affect the computer's operating system.
For what purpose cookies are collected: The Internt resource uses this information to maintain statistics about users and their requests. These studies help the Internet resource analyze, evaluate, improve its performance, improve the quality of products and services, and improve communication mechanisms with customers. The customer can delete cookies after visiting the Site. However, in this case, the Internet resource “beetrail-group.com” is not responsible for the poor quality of the resource. 2.2.3. Browser information is data that the browser automatically sends to the server, for example, the IP address, the history of recent visits, the name of the operating system, the name and version of the program through which the client accesses the Internet, the date and time the user visited the site. You can prevent the browser from transmitting such information by changing the settings.
For what purpose it is collected: the Internet resource keeps statistics of visits for the functioning of its servers and accounting for its own traffic. In this case, the collected statistical information is not associated with specific users and is processed only in the form of generalized statistics. In accordance with the user identifier, the customer's IP address and the time of access to the system are stored in the database in order to prevent fraud. 2.2.4. Information from third parties is personal data that partners, suppliers or other third parties provide to the Internet resource.
For what purpose it is collected: to fulfill the Internet resource's obligations to process and provide services to the customer, process and receive payments, or notify the customer about the status of his/her order. 2.4. Any other personal data not specified above (browsers and operating systems used, etc.) are subject to safe storage and non-disclosure, except as provided for in paragraphs 3.1., 3.2. and 3.3 of this Privacy Policy.

3. Protecting users' personal information

3.1. The Internet resource “beetrail-group.com” never, under any circumstances, provides third parties with personal information about its customers, except as prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z “On the Personal Data Protection” dated 7 May 2021, or when the customer voluntarily agrees to the transfer of information.

4. Personal Information Storage Period

4.1. The Internet resource stores customers' personal information for only as long as it remains necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was originally obtained, or other legitimate purposes, except when a longer period of information storage is required by law or allowed by law.

4.2. Эксплуатация, поддержка, защита и улучшение Сайта и сервисов; измерение и аналитика.

4.3. Выполнение обязанностей по праву Гонконга и ответы на законные запросы компетентных органов.

4.4. Прямой маркетинг — исключительно при наличии отдельного информированного согласия субъекта данных (см. п. 9).

5. Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby give your consent to Beetrail (hereinafter referred to as the Internet resource) to the automated and non-automated processing of your personal data in accordance with the following list:

5.3. Продажа персональных данных не осуществляется.

6. Changes and additions

6.1. This Privacy Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

6.2. Осуществляется учет применимых руководств PCPD.

7. Cookies и аналогичные технологии

7.1. Используются строго необходимые cookies для функционирования Сайта.

7.2. Аналитические cookies могут использоваться для улучшения качества и производительности; где требуется, их применение основано на согласии пользователя и может управляться через настройки браузера и/или центр настроек cookies. Отключение отдельных cookies может ухудшить функциональность.

8. Безопасность (DPP4)

8.1. Внедряются разумные административные, технические и физические меры защиты от несанкционированного или случайного доступа, обработки, удаления, утраты или использования.

8.2. Учитываются характер данных и потенциальный вред при выборе мер защиты.

9. Прямой маркетинг (PDPO, Part 6A)

9.1. Использование персональных данных для прямого маркетинга осуществляется только при наличии предварительного информированного согласия субъекта данных.

9.2. Согласие можно отозвать в любое время безвозмездно по адресу: hello@beetrail-group.com (тема: “Отказ от маркетинга”).

10. Срок хранения (DPP2)

10.1. Персональные данные хранятся не дольше, чем необходимо для целей обработки или требуется законом.

10.2. Ориентировочные сроки: записи обращений — до 24 месяцев после последнего взаимодействия; договорные/учетные записи — до 7 лет. По истечении сроков данные удаляются или анонимизируются.

11. Права субъектов данных (PDPO ss. 18–22)

11.1. Право на доступ к персональным данным и их исправление.

11.2. Ответ на запрос доступа предоставляется в течение 40 дней со дня получения. Может взиматься разумная плата за доступ; исправление — безвозмездно.

11.3. Запросы направляются на hello@beetrail-group.com (тема: “Personal Data Request”) либо на почтовый адрес, указанный в п. 1.3.

12. Дети

12.1. Сайт и услуги не предназначены для лиц младше 16 лет, осознанный сбор их данных не осуществляется.

13. Изменения Политики конфиденциальности

13.1. Политика может обновляться путем публикации новой версии на Сайте.

14. Применимое право и юрисдикция

14.1. Применяется право Специального административного района Гонконг; споры подлежат неисключительной юрисдикции судов Гонконга.
